How we use your information
We collect your name and email, and any organization, ORCID, or files you choose to provide, solely to review your contribution and communicate about it.
This information does not appear in the public archive or search. Access is limited to the editorial team: editors for ordinary contributions, reviewers for research, and administrators for rights requests.
Closed or rejected submissions are deleted after 24 months, unless they have become an internal draft or revision. You can request earlier deletion through the contact page.
If a file is later accepted into the archive, the record and rights policies will also apply to it.
