Text
Noah is the flood-story figure in Genesis and a prophet in the Qur’an. [1][2]
Genesis 6–9 recounts his family’s survival in the ark and the covenant after the flood. Surah Noah presents his preaching. This identifies the textual figure without assigning an established archaeological date to his life.
