Text

The word means and the Son. The Greek text associated with Constantinople says from the Father; the addition then enters western history and prolonged disputes. [1][2]

It should not be projected onto 325 or all eastern and western positions. The modern image shows continuing debate, not an archaeological witness to textual addition.
